1. Return Eligibility & Conditions (30-Day Return Period)

You may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the item meets all the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as received – unaltered, uninstalled, unused, and uncleaned.
  • Complete Packaging: All original packaging, tags, hardware, and protective materials must be intact and included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
  • Non-Exempt Item: The item must not be listed under "Non-Returnable Items" below.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Important Process)

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps carefully:

  2. Provide Information: Include your Order Number, the Reason for Return, and clear photos showing the item's condition and packaging.

  4. Receive Label: Upon approval, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (for contiguous U.S. addresses).
  5. Ship the Item: Securely repack the item with all original materials, affix the prepaid label, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Important: Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Regarding Shipping Damage

  • Clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).
